HOUSE BILL 739

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 10, after "carrier" insert "of persons".

     2. On page 5, line 11, after the first occurrence of "the", strike the remainder of the line and insert "customer pays either directly or indirectly and that transports passengers in conjunction with the service that it provides;".

     3. On page 5, strike lines 12 through 14 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
