    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 721, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after the second semicolon strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and strike line 14 through the first semicolon.

    2. On page 1, line 15, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "AN APPROPRIATION".

    3. On page 5, line 20, after "specific" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 21 in its entirety and strike line 22 up to the semicolon.

    4. On page 5, line 24, strike "every student" and insert in lieu thereof "selected students".

    5. On page 7, line 15 through page 13, line 24, strike Sections 8 through 10 in their entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    7. On page 15, strike lines 16 through 25 in their entirety and on page 16, strike lines 1 through 12 in their entirety.
