    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 720

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "corporate guarantee" and insert in lieu thereof "letter of credit issued by a bank with a Moody's or Standard and Poor's rating of "A" or better".

     2. On page 2, line 4, after "surety" insert ", including insurance,".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
