HOUSE BILL 719

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new subsection:

          "C. Nothing in this section prohibits any activity authorized by Sections 60-1-25 and 60-1-25.1 NMSA 1978.".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
