HOUSE BILL 692, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, strike “certify” and insert in lieu thereof “verify”.

    2. On page 2, line 18, strike the quotation mark.

    3. On page 2, between lines 18 and 19 insert a new Subsection D.

         “D. The provisions of this section shall not require the court to continue or reschedule any proceedings if it would result in a violation of a jurisdictional rule.””.
