AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COLFAX COUNTY POST-SECONDARY AND WORKFORCE TRAINING PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for development, staffing and related activities in conjunction with a post-secondary education and workforce training program for Colfax county for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 and subsequent fiscal years. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
