    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 659, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 20, line 15, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 16 through 19 in their entirety.

     2. On page 20, line 23, after the comma strike the remainder of the line and strike line 24 through "to" and insert in lieu thereof "in addition to any other remedy otherwise provided or available by law, the person may".

     3. On page 21, lines 7 and 8, strike "Sections 46-3A-105 through 46-3A-113 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection B of this section".

     4. On page 21, lines 13 through 22, strike Section 11 in its entirety.

     5. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     6. On page 21, line 24, strike "46-3A-114" and insert in lieu thereof "46-3A-113".

     7. On page 21, line 25, strike "46-3A-114" and insert in lieu thereof "46-3A-113".
