AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FAMILY COUNSELOR IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-three thousand dollars ($63,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for a full-time family counselor in the children's court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
