HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 641

    1. On page 10, line 17, after "of", insert "discretionary state".

    2. On page 10, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(1) includes provisions at least as stringent as or substantially similar to the Concealed Handgun Carry Act;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
