    2. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "and that has assets totaling less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) and" and insert in lieu thereof ", that".

    3. On page 2, line 9, after "purposes" insert "and that is eligible for funding pursuant to the Rural Primary Health Care Act".

    4. On page 2, line 22, strike ", delivered" and insert in lieu thereof a period and a quotation mark and strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety.
