    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 637

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, after “services” and before the semicolon, insert “and including services delivered at a primary care clinic, telehealth site or a school-based health center”.

    2. On page 2, line 22, strike “, delivered” and insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety.

     3. On page 6, lines 21 and 22, strike "a public school district operating".

     4. On page 6, line 22, after "center" insert "that operates in a public school district".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
