HOUSE BILL 580, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 7, strike “middle Rio Grande”, and insert in lieu thereof “mid regional”.

    2. On page 5, line 9, after “governor,” insert “three of whom shall be appointed from outside the counties of Bernalillo and Santa Fe”.

    3. On page 8, line 2, strike “the”, and strike “center” and insert in lieu thereof “centers”.

    4. On page 9, line 20, strike “the”, and strike “center”, and insert in lieu thereof “centers”.

    5. On page 9, line 23, strike “the”, and on line 24, strike “center”, and insert in lieu thereof “centers”.

    6. On page 23, strike lines 19 through 25, and on page 24, strike lines 1 through 14 in their entirety.

    7. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
