    1. On page 1, line 11, after “PROVIDING”, insert “NATIVE AMERICAN”.

    2. On page 1, line 19, after the first occurrence of “the” insert “Native American”, and after the third occurrence of “the” insert “Native American”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
