AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE ASSOCIATE NURSING PROGRAM AT THE ALAMOGORDO CAMPUS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred one thousand nine hundred thirty dollars ($301,930) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to expand the Alamogordo branch campus associate nursing program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
