has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 18, after "adopt" insert "screening".

     2. On page 1, line 23, after "The" insert "screening".

     3. On page 2, line 3, strike "beta ketothiolase deficiency" and insert in lieu thereof "mitochondrial acetoacetyl-CoA thiolase deficiency".

     4. On page 2, strike lines 11 and 12 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     5. On page 2, strike line 15 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     6. On page 2, line 25 and page 3, line 1, strike Paragraph (23) in its entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     7. On page 3, line 11, strike "adopt tests" and insert in lieu thereof "screen".

     8. On page 3, line 25, after "performed" insert "screening".
