has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 24 and 25, strike "the local government agency that manages warrant databases" and insert in lieu thereof "each county to be used for the expense of managing and administering bench warrants".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
