    1. On page 2, line 3, strike “The elected magistrate’s term”, and strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof “The first full term of office of the elected magistrate shall begin on January 1, 2007 and end on December 31, 2010.”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
