AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REPAY A LOAN TO THE HIDDEN VALLEY MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state board of finance for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to repay the state board of finance loan to the hidden valley mutual domestic water association. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
