has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 16, line 2, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 3 through 6 in their entirety.

     2. On page 16, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and on page 17, strike lines 1 through 5 up to the quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
