    1. On page 1, line 18, strike “economic development department” and insert in lieu thereof “college of agriculture, home economics department at New Mexico state university”.

    2. On page 2, line 1, strike “economic development department” and insert in lieu thereof “college of agriculture, home economics department at New Mexico state university”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
