HOUSE BILL 432

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, before the period insert "; CREATING A NEW DISTRIBUTION CATEGORY".

    2. On page 6, strike line 19 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

    "$0          $100,000,000 under     1,000         $450,000

     $0           $100,000,000 at least  1,000

                               but under 4,000    $325,000".

    3. On page 8, line 20, strike "Subsections" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsection".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
