AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR CONTINUATION OF A SAN JUAN COUNTY YOUTH PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the governing board of San Juan college for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the continuation of a San Juan county program at an educational and recreational center to help underprivileged youth gain educational and moral values. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
