     1. On page 1, line 24, after the period insert "Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand name drugs.".

     2. On page 2, line 9, after the period insert "Differences in copayments are permitted to differentiate between generic drugs and brand name drugs.".
