HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 376

AN ACT

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE SECOND AND THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURTS FOR THE TEEN COURT PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.--

          A. The following amounts are appropriated from the general fund to the following entities for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to operate a teen court program:

                (1) thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to the second judicial district court; and

                (2) thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to the third judicial district court.

          B. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
