    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

              HOUSE BILL 363, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, after "federal", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 21 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "or state law".

    2. On page 3, lines 16 and 17, strike "if the social security number will be used" and insert in lieu thereof "for use of that number".

    3. On page 4, line 9, after "account", insert a comma and "contract or policy".

    4. On page 4, strike line 11 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "or state law or is required for the business to comply with federal or state law".

    5. On page 4, strike line 17 up to the first comma.
