    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

           HOUSE BILL 354, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

        1. On page 8, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection to read:

         "G. an enclosed indoor workplace, other than a restaurant, that employs the services of five or fewer employees;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
