has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1,line 11, strike DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH” and insert in lieu thereof “CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES DEPARTMENT”

    2. On page 1,line 17, strike “department of health” and insert in lieu thereof “children, youth and families department”,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
