    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 336

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 2, strike "marketing", strike line 3 in its entirety and strike line 4 through "revenue" and insert in lieu thereof "public education on the use of the revenue".

     2. On page 3, line 7, after "administration" insert "of the revenue".

    3. On page 7, line 5, strike "and".

     4. On page 7, line 8, after the semicolon insert "and".

     5. On page 7, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subparagraph:

                "(c) a portion of the funds may be expended by the municipality pursuant to an operating agreement with an organization that operates a facility owned by the muncipality;"., 

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
