    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 330

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "eleven".

     2. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(6) one member to be appointed for a term of four years by the board of the New Mexico federation of educational employees;".

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 3, line 2, after "governor" insert ", an association".

     5. On page 3, line 4, after "governor" insert ", an association".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
