    Your TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 327

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 6, after "locomotive" strike the rest of the line and insert in lieu thereof "horn or wayside horn be sounded".

     2. On page 2, lines 13 and 14, strike "sustained as a result of" and insert in lieu thereof "only to the extent the damages are caused by".

     3. On page 2, line 17, strike "municipalities and counties" and insert in lieu thereof "the state, its political subdivisions or local governments".

     4. On page 2, line 23, after "employees" insert ", the state, its political subdivisions or local governments or agents or employees of the state, its political subdivisions or local governments".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
