    2. On page 2, line 12, after “state.”, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13, 14, and 15 in their entirety.

    3. Strike Transportation Committee Amendment 4 in its entirety. 

    4. On page 2, line 21, after “crossings.”, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 22, 23, 24, and 25 in their entirety.
