has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 18, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years" and after "2006" insert "through 2008".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "2006" and insert in lieu thereof "2008".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
