has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16 and 17, strike “One million twenty-two dollars ($1,022,000) and insert in lieu thereof “One million five-hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000)”

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
