    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 271

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 15, strike “and” and insert in lieu thereof “and/or”.    

     2. On page 2, line 17, after “counties” insert “or another entity which consists of water users from both of the aforementioned associations and which have been approved by the water trust board”.

     3. On page 3, line 7, strike "and".

     2. On page 3, line 9, strike “wastewater project.” and insert in lieu thereof “water project; and”.

     3. On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following subsection:

          "Q. to the Ute Creek soil and water conservation district in Harding county for a watershed restoration and management project.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
