    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 271, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 3, strike "a", strike "project" and insert in lieu thereof "projects".

    2. On page 3, line 7, strike "and".

    3. On page 3, line 9, after "project" insert:

    "; and

         Q. to Santa Fe county for Pojoaque valley water and wastewater projects;

         R. to the city of Sunland Park in Dona Ana county for water and wastewater projects;

         S. to the village of Chama in Rio Arriba county for water and wastewater projects;

         T. to the El Prado water and sanitation district in Taos county for water and wastewater projects; and

         U. to the office of the state engineer for the Elephant Butte channel extension and maintenance project.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
