HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 256

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "One-half of the".

     2. On page 1, line 22, before the period insert "and the remaining obligation shall terminate on July 1, 2010".
