    1. Strike all house taxation and revenue committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "One-half of the".

    3. On page 1, line 22, before the period insert "and the remaining obligation shall terminate on December 31, 2008 or when the telecommunications company and the commission agree to terminate the accrual".
