has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, after “process.” insert “Civil or criminal process” means a document or order, including but not limited to a summons, lien, complaint, warrant, injunction, writ, notice, pleading or subpoena.”

    2. On pages 1 and 2, strike Subsection C in its entirety.
