    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 236

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, line 18, after the period insert "The department of finance and administration shall submit a plan for program evaluation, including specific program goals and criteria for assessing program effectiveness to the legislative finance committee by October 1, 2005. The department shall also submit a program evaluation to the legislative finance committee by June 30, 2008 detailing the benefits to the state of New Mexico from having the program implemented for a three-year period.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
