has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety.

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 2, strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     5. On page 4, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following paragraph:

                "(15) burglary, pursuant to Section 30-16-3 NMSA 1978;".

     6. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     7. On page 5, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following paragraph:

                "(25) unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, pursuant to Section 66-3-504 NMSA 1978;".

     8. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     9. On page 5, line 11, strike “, conspiracy to commit or solicitation to commit”.
