has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

    1. On page 5, lines 9 and 10, strike “thirty thousand dollars ($30,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,000)”.
