        SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 200 amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 21, after “utility” insert “or rural electric cooperatives”.

DO PASS and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
