     1. On page 2, line 11, before the period insert "; provided that the use of genetic information, to the extent otherwise permitted by law, in connection with insurance products that employers make available to employees is not an unlawful discriminatory practice".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
