has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 25, strike "or" and insert a comma.

     2. On page 3, line 1, strike "or making any" and insert a comma.

     3. On page 3, line 2, strike the second occurrence of "quality" and insert in lieu thereof "quantity".

     4. On page 7, line 5, after "systems", insert "and public wastewater facilities".

     5. On page 8, line 14, insert "$" before "200".

     6. On page 8, line 16, insert "$" before "200".

     7. On page 9, line 18, strike “ten” and insert in lieu therof “five”.,

and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
