HOUSE BILL 153, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Government and Urban Affairs Committee Amendments 5 and 6.

    2. On page 8, line 10, strike "$200" and insert "$100".

    3. On page 8, line 14, strike "200" and insert "$40.00".

    4. On page 8, line 16, strike "200" and insert "$100".

    5. On page 9, lines 1 and 2, strike "is appropriated to the department" and insert in lieu thereof "shall be retained by the department for use, subject to appropriation by the legislature".

    6. On page 9, line 17, strike "fifty dollars ($50.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty dollars ($30.00)".
