has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 152

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 20, after the comma insert "not including interstate highway rights of way, but".

     2. On page 5, line 20 after "facilities" insert a semicolon.
