    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 150

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 13, strike "or".

     2. On page 2, line 16, strike "person" and insert in lieu thereof "consumer or the office of the attorney general".

     3. On page 2, line 17, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and "or".

     4. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert a new paragraph to read:

                "(7) be required to provide price information for more than five prescription drugs at one time only if:

                     (a) the request is made in writing;

                     (b) the person requesting the information has a valid prescription for all the drugs for which current price information is being requested;

                     (c)   the time for responding to the request is no more than five days; and

                     (d) no more than three such requests are made within a six-month period.".
