HOUSE BILL 137

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

     2. On page 6, line 15, after "2006" insert "if sufficient money is appropriated by the legislature".

     3. On page 6, line 18, after "2007" insert "if sufficient money is appropriated by the legislature".

     4. On page 6, line 21, after "2008" insert "if sufficient money is appropriated by the legislature".

     5. On pages 7 and 8, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
