    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 128

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike lines 19 through 21 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "(2) the presidents, or their designees, of the university of New Mexico, New Mexico state university and New Mexico institute of mining and technology;".

     2. On page 2, line 23, after "governor" insert "with the consent of the senate".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
