    1. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Four million dollars ($4,000,000) and insert in lieu thereof "Pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-21-6.1 NMSA 1978, two million dollars ($2,000,000)".
